Are your slippers glass like cinderella's?

No but my emotions are like glass ... toughenned glass really because I'm so sensitive that I've had to try to harden myself over the years otherwise I'd just soak in the moods, feelings and atmosphere of what's around me.


Like Cinderella, like Rena above, there's a touch of romance in me, I love a good fairy tale. But I can be practical too and glass slippers ... can you imagine the pain if they shattered when you were wearing them.?

Actually, no. They were made out of something soft and comfortable. Unfortunately, I had to throw them out yesterday. They were getting to smelly.

Nope not mine. And my mouse is still my mouse. No prince to be found nor a fairy to grant my wishes. But who knows Halloween is near perhaps I'll have a very cool event happen with a pumpkin and make it to the ball.

Reply:No.. What was her fairy godmother thinking anyways? I mean, glass slippers have to be way dangerous. I shudder to think what would happen if they broke.

Reply:no...my slippers aren't glass....it is just a rubber plastic made with hello kitty big head on it......very cute!!!!

Reply:When i was younger like every girl I thought my Prince was going to come looking for me hahaha :)) Then i worked on wall street hahah with Stock brokers ...You have to have a thick skin working in finance and corporate America and it has taught me many things self reliance and dealing with powerful God like personalities and big Egos to bat hahahaehe but I am grateful ad happy for each tough experience I went through because it taught me a lesson every time :))))When I cried because of something and was very girlie about it I learned to become strong and face things on my own...I still believe in love and romance and the ball but I will not run away from my Prince I will show him exactly who I am (Really am and not run...I will meet him half way because I can stand on my two feet) and proud to be who I am even a celebrity superstar will never make me feel bad again about who I am hahahehe

Reply:In a way. I feel like cinderella before she married the prince. Always looking after everybody elses needs and always rushing to meet my own. I sometimes feel like I broke both glass slippers and I will never have a chance to dance on the dance floor again.
