In Ireland, the changeover happened around 1995/96. Prior to that Irish women seemed to live in their furry slippers during the70%26#039;s, 80%26#039;s and first half of the 90%26#039;s.
What caused most women to stop wearing furry slippers.?

Reply:I think maybe it%26#039;s because many were animal contributers and when they found out what the furr was made out of, they stopped. Or the style was just worn out. I like fuzzy slippers though =)
