Reply:Having worked in a leisure centre for 5 years and doing my pool plant operators course, we were informed that verrucas are not transferred in a higher incident while at the pool than they are in any situation where people walk around with nothing ion their feet.
If you go to RLSS website they have clothing etc, in there there are some aqua shoe type things. You could do an Internet search too.
Reply:they are called guard socks and they are sold in the swimming baths and also in most chemists. try sprinkling your feet with talcom powder before you put them on as it helps in getting them off again!
Reply:I needed these rubber socks for my daughter, the only place I could get them was at the local pool. None of the shops, Boots or Superdrug stock them.
