When you're lounging around do you prefer to wear socks, slippers or do you go barefoot even though it's cold?

I have slippers but I wear socks most of the time when it's cold. I can't wear socks to bed...just feels weird. Do you wear your socks in bed?

Barefoot. Or those fuzzy socks, haha. I don't wear socks to bed. I feel like I get all tangled and everything. But I'm probably just insane.

Reply:usually I*m barefoot, but there are really cold nights where I wear slipper socks, cuz they*re nice and thick. I cannot sleep with anything, for sure not socks...(how can you wear clothes to bed after wearing clothes all day??)
Reply:I wear slippers. I have one of those tiger print velvety slippers (not real ofcourse). They are so soft, I wear them when I'm home. No I don't wear socks to bed- its weird for me too.
Reply:i am pretty much exactly like you. I wear sock most of the time. But i wear slippers when i go to the kitchen and stuff like that cause the floor is slippery in socks. I cant sleep in socks either. I tried a few times but i always end up taking them off in the middle of the night.

Reply:lol.i have been known to wear socks in bed, not because its cold but i sleep with my feet out of bed, sort of individual foot duvets.

Reply:I prefer to be barefoot, all the time, even when it's cold. My feet feel suffocated when they're forced to wear socks.

Reply:In winter I wear sock and slippers to walk around the house in but just socks on the lounge. I don't wear socks to bed. Here it is summer so I wear thongs to walk around the house in or barefoot on the lounge. (If you are American, when I said thongs that would be the same as flip flops i guess, not the underwear which we call g-strings here - it gets confusing!)
Reply:i go barefoot all the time...it is REALLY cold ( i live in Minnesota) i go with slippers, socks skid on the hardwood floor and i WILL fall down (learned that lesson the hard way ) and no socks in bed .....i does feel weird

i walk around in slippers during the day too, never barefoot. i have 2 cats so i don't want to step on litter if they track any outside the box.

Reply:I always wear socks .....I pull them off long enough to shower and change them ....... I wear socks and slippers when it's cold ...... My feet get really cold and hubby gets a little cranky when I stick them to his back at night, so I keep my socks on ......
Reply:I'm used to the cold and even walk barefoot outdoors all winter long. I used to be a real chilly-willy but now I'm more used to it I'll even sometimes stick my feet out from underneath the covers!

Reply:socks. my feet tend to get very dry.. So I cream them and put on socks to keep it from getting all over the carpet or the hard floors. :)
Reply:Nothing on my feet or body. (It's how I scare the sales people coming to my door.) Hell, it even scares me, and I leave the lights off.

Urgh men aren't allowed to wear slippers! Don't let your girlfriend see that. ;)
