Are you talking about real ballet slippers or house shoe slippers? Sears sells the house shoes. They might even sell soft toe ballet slippers.

Like #1 answerer above, I've seen them at Penney's and there's always the internet. I've also gotten them at one of our local grocery stores -- you know the kind; they sell everything under the sun.
