let someone else wear them.
Reply:You'll have to buy new ones. It's not your feet it's the material most slippers are now made of reacting with your feet.

The material smells even worse when it's wet. Chuck 'em.
Reply:buy a new pair or put herbs or flowers in them and leave them for a week
Reply:Try bathing and washing your feet!
Reply:When you bath wash between and underneath your toes, every now and then use one of those scraper thingies to remove dead skin from your heel's. When you have finished your bath dry well between your toes and underneath the toes, get yourself a scholl or some other good foot-powder and powder between your toes, always make sure your toenails are clean and use a nailbrush on them every night to remove dirt on the side of the nails. When you have washed your slippers let them dry properly and pour a little bit of foot powder into them as well, it makes a helll of an improvement, really, try it.:)
Reply:Put bicarb in side them.... leave it over night, then shake it out. If that doesn't work then its time to chuck um in the bin mate and splash out on new ones.... you can get them for £2.99!!
Reply:wash ur feet
Reply:Get a new pair, its not like slippers cost the earth is it!!
Reply:Why dont you try Fabreeze, or just get a new pair.

Me, i got 3 pairs %26amp; i wash them all each week.
Reply:Besides washing them with vinegar as suggested, after they are dry, stick one of those fabric softener sheets in them as well as whenever you are not wearing them. Fabric softener sheets are inexpensive are really useful for many things other than just softening your fabric in the dryer.
Reply:Try shaking a little bit of bicarbonate of soda in that should neutralize the smell
Reply:If you love them so much that you don't want to chuck them, put in some charcoal odour-eater insoles. That will stop them smelling.
Reply:spray with fabrezze and set outside to air.
Reply:Put dryer sheets in them or get a new pair
Reply:Oh dear. Sorry to say this, its not your slippers, it's your feet. I'm not being rude, but this may be a good time to change the type of socks you buy and consider whether you may have a fungal infection. Have a look at this link. You may find it helpful.
Reply:Run them through the washing machine again, with powder as normal, plus a cup of white vinegar in the fabric softener compartment.

Vinegar is great for removing smells, and by using it in the machine it will be thoroughly rinsed meaning it won't smell of vinegar either.
Reply:Try bicarbonate of soda which is also used for cooking, Sprinkle a generous amount in the footwear and leave overnight. bicarb is cheap, you will find it in most supermarkets next to the cake making stuff.
